Image Registration of Chest CT Volumes
- Implemented registration method using Elastix and VoxelMorph which won 1st position in the class.
- The dataset was taken from the Deformable Image Registration Laboratory.

- Performed the segmentation using nnUNet architecture which won 1st position in the class.
- The IBSR18 Dataset was used for this project.

Diagnosis in Dermoscopic Images
- Introduced a Multi-Sizing Ensemble–Based Deep Learning Approach to address the problem and won 1st position in the class.
- The HAM10000 Dataset was used for this porject.

- Implemented a website in a group using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap & Javascript on Client Side and Node.js, Express, MongoDB (Atlas) & JQuery on Server Side.

Alzheimer’s Disease Classification
- The project was to solve three binary classification problems.
- Designed the preprocessing of the data and trained three different models using R programming language.

Segmentation of the endocardial border of the left ventricle in diastole and systole
- Implemented a Machine Leaning model to perform segmentation of the endocardial border of the left ventricle.
- The dataset was taken from the ACDC MICCAI Challenge 2017.

Study on Univariate Polynomial Evaluation (Undergraduate Thesis)
- Implemented several univariate polynomial evaluation methods, Normal method, Horner’s method, Estrin’s method, Brute Force method and Optimized Brute Force method.
- Tested the methods based on two different parameters, Degree of Polynomial and Number of Terms of polynomial.
